General
By using this website and registering for Reelgen platform, you
confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and
conditions:
By using Reelgen’s API, software, tools, data, documentation, or
website (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you acknowledge
that you have carefully read and agree to be legally bound by these
Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Additionally, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have
the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, the
Privacy Statement, any disclaimer notice, and all agreements:
“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms
and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us” refer to
our company, REELGEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. , with registered address
at 25 Seah Street, #02-01, Singapore 188381. “Party,” “Parties,” or
“Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or
ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of
payment necessary to undertake the process of providing the Client
with our services/products as described by the Company, in accordance
with and subject to prevailing Singapore law. Any use of the above
terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization,
and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as
referring to the same.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees
within the Company only use information collected from individual
customers on a need-to-know basis. We constantly review our systems
and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems
and data exist. We will investigate any such actions with a view to
prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against
those responsible.
Terms
By accessing the Reelgen platform and its functionalities, you agree
to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and
regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with
any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these
terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Reelgen
platform. The materials on the Reelgen platform are protected by
applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the
materials (information or software) on Reelgen’s platform for
personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of
a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may
not:
a. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on
Reelgen’s pages and chats;
b. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the
materials;
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of
these restrictions and may be terminated by Reelgen at any time. Upon
terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of
this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your
possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
Confidentiality
Any information concerning the Client and their respective client
records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are
regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any
third party other than our employees and, if legally required to do
so, to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request
sight of and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the
provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request.
Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in
relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall
issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts, or
copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of
both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any
third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails
sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of
agreed services and products.
Payment
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through
the Company (“Payment”), you may be asked to supply certain
information relevant to your Payment including, without limitation,
your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and
your billing address.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other
payment method(s) in connection with any Payment; and
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and
complete.
We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of
facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting
your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to
these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. Your payment will
not be confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us or our
third-party payment service. Specifically, we reserve the right to
refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal
transaction is suspected.
All prices displayed by the Company are denominated in U.S. dollars. We may choose to display prices in your local currency as
determined by the Company. Applicable taxes may be added to the prices
where required by law.
Exclusions and Limitations

the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company:

and its contents, or which may be provided by any affiliates or other
third parties, including any inaccuracies or omissions in this website

Furthermore, Reelgen does not warrant or make any representations
regarding the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of
the materials on its pages or chats, or otherwise related to such
materials or on any sites linked to this site.
However, the Company does not exclude liability for death or personal
injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations
apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory
consumer rights are affected.
Account Creation
To use the Services, you may need to provide information about
yourself including your name, email address, username, and password,
and other personal information. You agree that any registration
information you provide to Reelgen will always be accurate, correct,
and up to date.
You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information
or an email address other than your own. Your Account must not be used
for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of
the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Product Description
We strive to describe and display the website and Services as
accurately as possible. While we try to be clear in explaining the
Services, we do not guarantee that the website is entirely accurate,
current, or error-free. From time to time, we may correct errors in
pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any
orders based on incorrect pricing.
Third-Party Terms Acknowledgement
Some features of our platform integrate with third-party services
(such as Tiktok). Where you use such features, you agree to comply with the terms of

Indemnification

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure or delay
in the performance of its obligations under these Terms (other than
payment obligations) to the extent caused by events beyond its
reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural
disasters, war, terrorism, civil or military disturbances, civil
unrest, strikes or other labor disputes, failures of
telecommunications or internet services, power failures, or other
similar events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party
(“Force Majeure Event”).
The affected party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to
mitigate the effects of a Force Majeure Event and to resume
performance as soon as reasonably practicable. During the continuation
of a Force Majeure Event, the affected party’s obligations under these
Terms shall be suspended to the extent affected by the Force Majeure
Event.
Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any
provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to
exercise any right or remedy to which it, he, or they are entitled
hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a
diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver
of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective
unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both
Parties.
General Terms
By accessing this website and using our services/purchasing our
products, you consent to these terms and conditions. If any of these
terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including,
but not limited to, the exclusions and limitations set out above),
then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these
terms, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in
these terms and conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise
any option to terminate, shall not be construed as a waiver of such
provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and
conditions or any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right

conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied, or supplemented
except in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the
Company.
User-Uploaded Content Compliance
Content uploaded by users, including but not limited to text, images,
and audio, must comply with the laws and regulations of Singapore and
the user’s jurisdiction. Users must not create, publish, or
disseminate any illegal or infringing content through Reelgen. Reelgen
is not responsible for the legality and compliance of user-uploaded
content.
If user-uploaded content violates relevant laws and regulations, the
user will bear full responsibility, and Reelgen reserves the right to
remove such content and terminate the user’s account upon becoming
aware of such violations.
Handling of Abnormal Accounts
Users must not exploit website functionality loopholes and
imperfections in the rules to harm Reelgen’s interests. If Reelgen
discovers such abnormal behavior, Reelgen reserves the right to
immediately suspend the user’s account without notice and reserves the
right to pursue legal action. Reelgen is committed to maintaining the
fairness and security of the platform and will take strict measures
against any user attempting to exploit platform rule loopholes for
improper conduct.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material
changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this
page or provide notice through the Services. Your continued use of the
website or Services after the updated terms become effective
constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We may also update our practices relating to privacy and personal
data from time to time. Any such changes will be handled in accordance
with applicable data protection laws.
Prohibited Content
We prohibit the use of our services to generate the following:

rights, as defined in applicable law, including the illegal use of
someone’s voice.
c. Illegal goods or substances: Content that promotes or facilitates
transactions in illegal drugs, weapons, or other dangerous
materials.
d. Illegal services: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal
services such as human trafficking or sexual services.
e. Pharmaceuticals: Advertisements for medical devices or services or
pharmaceutical products without our prior written approval.
3. Fraud and abuse content. This includes:
a. Fraud and deception: Content that manipulates, defrauds, or deceives
others for money or property, including financial, identity, or
rewards scams.
b. Unauthorized access: Content designed to compromise security or gain
unauthorized access to computer systems or networks, including
spoofing or social engineering.
c. Impersonation: Unauthorized use of another person’s identity for
harmful, non-satirical purposes, including unauthorized sexualization
or automated calls.
d. Spam: Content that promotes or facilitates the distribution of
spam.
4. Election misinformation content. This includes:
a. Voter suppression: Content designed to mislead voters about the time,
place, means, or eligibility requirements for voting, or false claims
that could materially discourage voting.
b. Candidate misrepresentation: Content intended to impersonate
political candidates or elected government officials for non-satirical
purposes.
c. Interference with democratic processes: Content that promotes or
incites interference with democratic processes, including
disinformation campaigns.
d. Political advertising (without prior written approval).
5. Violent, hateful, or harassing content. This includes:
a. Violent threats, extremism, or terrorism: Content that threatens,
incites, or promotes violence against an individual or group.
b. Sexual violence: Content that depicts, threatens, or promotes sexual
violence or exploitation.
c. Hate speech: Content that targets individuals or groups with hate,
harassment, discrimination, or violence based on protected
characteristics, including race, national or ethnic origin, religion,
age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or physical ability.
d. Harassment: Content that promotes harassing, threatening,
intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.
e. Self-harm: Content that promotes or facilitates suicide or self-harm,
including eating disorders.
f. Medical misinformation: Content that denies the existence of specific
health conditions.
Prohibited Uses of the Services
You may not:
a. Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage
in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms of
Service or this Prohibited Use Policy or that is threatening,
fraudulent, or harmful in any way.
b. Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction
methods designed to scrape or extract data from our Services.
c. Modify our Services, remove any proprietary rights notices or
markings associated with Output or our Services, or otherwise make any
derivative works based upon our Services.
d. Use or attempt to use another user’s account or information without
authorization from that user and us.
e. Use our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt,
negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our
Services or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the
functioning of our Services in any manner.
f. Reverse engineer any aspect of our Services or do anything that might
discover or reveal source code, or bypass or circumvent (A) measures
employed to prevent or limit access to or use of any part of our
Services or (B) restrictions aimed at deterring or preventing uses of
the Services that violate this policy.
g. Develop or use any applications or software that interact with our
Services without our authorization (such as through our APIs).
h. Use any part of our Services or their Output to research and develop
products, models, and services that compete with Reelgen.
i. Use any part of our Services or their Output as input for any machine
learning or artificial intelligence technology that is not provided to
you by us.
j. Use any part of our Services or their Output as part of a dataset
that may be used for training, fine-tuning, developing, testing, or
improving any machine learning or artificial intelligence
technology.
Enforcement
Enforcement of this Policy is at Reelgen’s discretion, and failure to
enforce this Policy in every instance does not constitute a waiver of
our right to enforce it in other instances. This Policy does not
create any right or private right of action on the part of any third
party or any reasonable expectation that the Services will not contain
any content that is prohibited by this Policy or that objectionable
material will be promptly removed after it has been posted.
We use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and human
review to assess content that may violate this Prohibited Use Policy.
For users who violate this Prohibited Use Policy, we may remove the
violating content and/or suspend access to the Services. For certain
content that poses a real-world risk of harm, we reserve the right to
contact or cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities.
